The Noomus team gained more strength as M.A. Anni Joukanen started as a project assistant at Noomus. She maintains client-specific terminological databases, monitors the quality of translation memories and assists with the processing of material to be translated. Anni has previously worked at Noomus as a proofreader and conducted linguistic checks.

Noomus supports those that do good

This year, Noomus supports the operation of the Association of Friends of the University Children’s Hospitals. We also do our part to keep the emergency medical helicopter Medi-Heli in the air in 2010.

Noomus updates its e-mail system this weekend, March 13th to 14th 2010.

Noomus moves into new office space

Noomus has moved into a new and much bigger facility in the same office building. The new office space allows us to extend our scope of operation and it also provides better flexibility and security.
The Noomus entrance is now from the “B” doorway, but our postal address is still the same.

Noomus gets a resourcing mangager

Mrs. Tiina Peltola is Noomus’s new resourcing manager. She ensures that competent people are available to do the project work. Tiina formerly held the position of Project Manager at Noomus.

Noomus Translation Services has changed its name to Noomus Inc. Our customers already link the Noomus name to long-term comprehensive services and cooperation. Our daily operations, VAT numer and addresses all remain unchanged.

Noomus Inc. is a registered name of Noomus Oy in Finland.

Noomus gets a new partner

Lasse Dittmer is now a partner of Noomus Inc. Lasse has actively participated in Noomus’s service production for the past 18 months as project manager. Together with Noomus’s senior partners, he will continue to develop the company’s operations as R&D Manager.
