Translation and processing of CAD drawings

Our effective production process allows us to translate CAD drawings into different languages in a cost-efficient manner. We make unilingual or multilingual versions of the drawings, also to different layers when necessary. We process the images directly from the DWG and DXF file formats. We can also process source files in PDF format, and then deliver the drawings in the format requested by the customer.

Image processing

Producing multilingual material often involves image processing work.
We do this work from various source formats and extract the text in the images for translation or layout purposes. We also process scanned material into a format that can be revised.

Layout work and preparation of print material

If necessary, we can take care of the layout work for translated material — right up to the print stage. Our customers often maintain only the source language documentation and brochures, with Noomus handling the language versions from start to finish. Layout work is done in a manner that corresponds to the source language material and observes the customer’s approval processes.
