Managing Director Marika Mildh has years of experience in different areas of the translation sector. Known as a firm and open-minded leader, Marika is one of the company founders and a senior partner.

Director of Products and Services Juha Koivisto chairs the board of directors and is an experienced corporate hand in the domestic and international field. Juha, who is a perennial innovator and customer advocate, founded the company and is a senior partner.

R&D Manager Lasse Dittmer has more than 10 years of experience with product development and localization projects in the field of software systems. Lasse is the man behind the technology at Noomus and he is also a partner in the company.
